Partnership application materials

Materials & privacy

This page explains where application materials come from, how they are used, and how to request correction or deletion.

What do we collect?

We collect the partnership role, contact name, organization, email, phone or messaging handle, product name, target age, sales markets, cooperation interests, and product description from the form. Applications also include the product images (JPG, PNG, WebP) or PDF you upload. Please share only what is needed for partnership evaluation.

How do we use these materials?

Materials are used to understand the application and product status, assess partnership fit, reply with evaluation results or next steps, and keep submission, storage, and systems running securely. We do not use application materials for unrelated public display or marketing.

Who can view them?

Only authorized Bontoys by Benran members with access to the private admin area can view them. Hosting providers may process materials only as needed for storage, security maintenance, and system operation. We do not sell application materials.

How are materials stored?

Form content and product images or PDFs are stored in systems needed for applications, storage, and admin features. We use access controls and platform security capabilities to reduce misuse, loss, or unauthorized access. Network transmission and electronic storage cannot guarantee absolute security.

When are they deleted?

We do not publish a fixed retention period. Materials are kept while needed for partnership evaluation or follow-up; when no longer needed, we delete or de-identify them as appropriate.

How to correct or delete?

After Bontoys by Benran has contacted you, please request correction or deletion through the same email, messaging thread, or other original channel, and include your application number. If you have not yet received a reply, keep the application number and make the request once contact is established. To protect materials, we may first verify your identity and relationship to the application.
